Fight Like a Warrior always has a place for YOU on our team!

Once your application is submitted, our volunteer coordinator will review and be in touch via email to help connect you with the program that best fits your interests!

“My experience with Fight Like A Warrior has been so much more than I expected. I started volunteering as an ambassador not knowing exactly what Fight Like A Warrior was all about, I just knew I wanted to be involved. I learned quickly it was a community of warriors of all kinds, those who are fighting illnesses, caretakers, advocates, medical professionals and allies who are there to support, uplift and encourage each other to make it through some of the hardest times of people’s lives. There are so many great programs to support, unite & empower the community they have created. One of my favorites is Cards for Warriors, where fellow warriors create handmade cards to uplift those who are fighting similar conditions. Fight Like A Warrior spreads awareness for all kinds of illnesses and gives opportunities for warriors to share their stories (the good, the bad and the ugly), through the blog and all social media. Fight Like A Warrior has helped to connect me to other warriors who are going through similar things, it’s given me a chance to help spread awareness and advocate for my condition as well as others, it’s made me feel supported, encouraged and empowered in speaking up and out for all chronic illness warriors. Sick is fighting back and Fight Like A Warrior is leading the charge!”

“Fight Like a Warrior has been a page where I’ve found inspiration and also been in contact with others of a similar journey. My Illness is extremely rare and unknown, but it is through pages like these where I’m able to get a reminder that I am not alone in this fight, despite feeling alone. We need more pages like Fight Like a Warrior to promote and raise awareness for issues that aren’t discussed & shared about otherwise.”

It is an honor to be a part of Fight Like a Warrior as I’m helping spread that message and raise awareness for so many illnesses and letting the world know that sick fights back!”
