Dr. Jodie Radosh

Board Member 

Dr. Jodi Radosh is an Associate Professor of Communication and
Associate Director of the Holleran Center for Community and Global
Engagement at Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania. She
earned a Ph.D. in Mass Media and Communications and an M.J. degree in Journalism from Temple University. She received a B.A. in
Communications and English from Rutgers University.

 

Dr. Radosh worked as a television reporter for various news stations including WGAL-TV, the NBC affiliate in Lancaster, PA. She co-wrote the video production textbook Shoot, Edit, Share, Video Production for Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations by Routledge Publishers. She is also the proud mother of two daughters, Rachel and Danielle as well as the wife of Dr. Lee Radosh.

Lauren Dachille

Board Member

Lauren Dachille is the Founder and CEO of Nimble, a Public Benefit Corporation that builds AI-driven talent management software for school districts. Prior to founding Nimble, she was part of the nonprofit StudentsFirst, which lobbied for improved education policies across 18 states. She was also a member of the Human Capital Team at D.C. Public Schools, the fastest improving urban school district in the country.

 

She received her B.S. from Cornell University and her M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently lives in Charlotte, N.C. with her husband Frank and dog Huckleberry.
